This recipe for baked fish skewers that we propose from this article is very easy and quick to prepare. Try it with hake, grouper, salmon or tuna, or a combination of these fish, and accompany it with a little soy sauce. A classy snack!
Ingredients to make Baked Fish Skewers:
- 2 hake fillets
- 100 grams of prawn tails
- 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 splash of soy sauce
How to make Baked Fish Skewers:
We prepare the ingredients for the fish skewers. The ideal is to combine two or three fish without bones or with few bones, for example hake, salmon, grouper or tuna. You can also combine a fish with prawn or prawn tails, to taste!
Tip: Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
Cut the fish into pieces of similar size, discarding the skin (if it has). Insert the pieces of fish into skewer sticks, interspersing the types of fish, or interspersing fish and shellfish, and arrange the skewers on a baking tray lined with non-stick paper. We season them and water them with a little extra virgin olive oil, to bake them at 190 degrees for about 15 minutes (it will always depend on the size of the pieces of fish and the oven). Here we have the fish and seafood skewers after passing through the oven. Easier and faster almost impossible, right? Serve the skewers right away, accompanied by a little soy sauce in a bowl. That day I opted for a very healthy menu, with some steamed spinach with a few Maldon salt flakes, a few drops of lemon juice and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
