Baked fish fillet with potatoes

Ingredients to make Baked Fish Fillet with Potatoes:

  • ½ kilogram of fish fillet
  • 1 unit of Lemon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 kilogram of potatoes
  • 1 jet of Oil

How to make Baked Fish Fillet with Potatoes:

  1. Prepare the ingredients to make the baked fish fillet recipe.
  2. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into medium cubes.
  3. Boil them for 3 minutes to soften them a bit.
  4. Then take them to a strong oven on a plate with oil.
  5. Turn around so they brown evenly.
  6. Wash the fish and season it with lemon, salt and pepper. Bake it in a strong oven for 20 minutes. It should be browned only on one side, so the steak will be fully cooked and not dry.
  7. OPTIONAL: If we like it, prepare a quick Creole sauce with finely chopped tomato, onion, peppers and garlic and heat it together with the potatoes.
  8. Serve the baked fish accompanied by the potatoes, the sauce and enjoy!
