Baked Elbow Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Elbow Soup in the oven:

  • 1 package of elbow soup
  • 4 Eggs
  • Cotija cheese (semi-dry)
  • Natural cream
  • 2 pickled jalapeño peppers
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • onion piece
  • whole pepper
  • 1 garlic
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 liter of water

 

How to make Elbow Soup in the oven:

1.The pasta is cooked with all the ingredients that are between (-), since it is cooked, it drains (it is not washed).

2.All the remaining ingredients are blended, this mixture is added to the soup.

3.Grease a mold with butter and put a little breadcrumbs add the mixture that was made of soup and cream.

4.Bake for 30 min or until you see it brown a little.
