Baked Dorada recipe without potatoes

Ingredients to make Baked Dorada without potatoes:

  • 4 Gilthead servings
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • Parsley
  • olive oil

How to make Baked Dorada without potatoes:

  1. Place the tomato and onion cut into thin slices on a baking tray, on top we place the clean inside but whole gilthead bream.
  2. We make a couple of cuts on the back and there we introduce some lemon slices, and season them with salt and parsley.
  3. Next, we add the olive oil and put them in the oven at 180ºC.
  4. After 15 minutes it will be roasted, although it depends on its size.
  5. We serve accompanied by a garnish of roasted tomato and onion with the sea bream.
