Baked Dorada recipe with potatoes and onion

Follow the step by step of this easy recipe and learn how to cook a sea bream in the oven. A classic fish dish, accompanied by vegetables, which you can serve for lunch or dinner. Easy, healthy and delicious!

Ingredients to make Baked Dorada with potatoes and onion:

  • 2 units of Gilt
  • 2 units of Potato
  • 1 unit of tomato
  • 1 unit of onion
  • ½ glass of white wine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 1 splash of olive oil

How to make Baked Dorada with Potatoes and Onions:

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into slices about two centimeters thick. Place them in the baking pan.
  2. Cut the onion into rings and place it on the potatoes as seen in the photograph.
  3. Repeat the operation with the tomato, but this time cutting it into slices like the potatoes. You can also cut the tomato into wedges if you like to feel the bigger pieces.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add a good jet of oil. Take the tray to the oven at 150º C. for 10 minutes.
  5. After this time, add the wine and check that the potatoes and the rest of the vegetables are well cooked. Also place the clean giltheads and let cook for 15 more minutes.
  6. Take out the tray and enjoy the baked sea bream with vegetables for lunch. You do not need to accompany it with anything else, but you can combine this baked fish dish with a fresh tomato and cheese salad.
