Baked Dorada recipe with lemon

Bream is a species of saltwater fish that has been adopted for production and consumption. Ingredients to make Baked Dorada with Lemon:

  • 4 sea bream fillets
  • 3 units of Lemons
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 dessert spoon of garlic paste
  • 1 unit of white onion
  • 20 grams of fresh parsley
  • 50 milliliters of white wine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 4 pieces of aluminum foil

How to make Baked Dorada with Lemon:

  1. Our first step to make the baked sea bream recipe is to prepare the ingredients.
  2. Take the sea bream fillets to a bowl and add pepper to taste with the white wine, reserve them in the refrigerator or refrigerator so that they marinate with the white wine for approximately 15 minutes.
  3. Add a piece of aluminum on top of an individual baking dish, place the sea bream fillets on top of the aluminum foil and add salt, pepper and garlic paste to taste. Finally, add the sprinkled parsley on top of each of the fillets
