Baked cuttlefish recipe

Ingredients to make Baked Cuttlefish:

  • 1 cuttlefish
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 small glass of white wine

How to make Baked Cuttlefish:

  1. We put the potatoes and the finelycut onion in a baking tray.
  2. Add a little salt and oil, put it in the oven and let it cook until it is cooked.
  3. Next, we clean the cuttlefish and cut into medium pieces.
  4. Now, we chop the garlic and parsley, and add the wine to make a delicious accompanying sauce.
  5. When we take it out of the oven, we can add a little more of the garlic and parsley sauce.
  6. Now we check that the potatoes and onions in the oven are half cooked.
  7. If so, we proceed to put the cuttlefish on top and bathe it in the sauce that we have prepared.
  8. Put the tray back in the oven at 180ºC and leave it until the cuttlefish is tender.
  9. Check that the cuttlefish is tender and remove everything from the oven.
