Ingredients to make Baked Cuttlefish:
- 1 cuttlefish
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 small glass of white wine
How to make Baked Cuttlefish:
- We put the potatoes and the finelycut onion in a baking tray.
- Add a little salt and oil, put it in the oven and let it cook until it is cooked.
- Next, we clean the cuttlefish and cut into medium pieces.
- Now, we chop the garlic and parsley, and add the wine to make a delicious accompanying sauce.
- When we take it out of the oven, we can add a little more of the garlic and parsley sauce.
- Now we check that the potatoes and onions in the oven are half cooked.
- If so, we proceed to put the cuttlefish on top and bathe it in the sauce that we have prepared.
- Put the tray back in the oven at 180ºC and leave it until the cuttlefish is tender.
- Check that the cuttlefish is tender and remove everything from the oven.
