Baked crab recipe

Ingredients to make Baked Txangurro:

  • 2 txangurros
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 glass of cognac
  • 1 knob of butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs

 How to make baked crab:

  1. Put plenty of water, salt and the txangurros in a large casserole.
  2. Approach live fire.
