Baked Chicken Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients to make Baked Chicken Spaghetti:

  1. 2 cups of cooked and chopped chicken
  2. 1 small can of mushrooms
  3. 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  4. 1/2 cup onion, chopped tablespoons wheat flour
  5. 3 cups of chicken broth
  6. 1/2 cup of milk cream
  7. 3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  8. 1 tablespoon of salt
  9. 1 tablespoon of oil
  10. 500 grams of spaghetti
  11. salted
  12. pepper to taste

How to make Baked Chicken Spaghetti:

  • Preheat oven to 350º.
  • Drain the mushrooms and save the liquid.
  • In a medium skillet over medium heat melt the butter, sauté the mushrooms and onion until translucent
  • Add the flour and mix.
  • Gradually add 1 1/2 cups of the chicken broth and cream.
  • Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
  • Remove, season with salt and pepper, add remaining chicken broth if sauce is too thick, and 1/4 cup cheese.
  • Mix well.
  • Meanwhile, cook spaghetti “al Dente”, remove and drain.
  • In a mold that you can take to the oven and fire to the table, mix the spaghetti with the chicken.
  • Drizzle with the sauce and mix lightly, drizzle with the remaining cheese and bake until the mixture is bubbly and the cheese is lightly browned.
  • Serve immediately.
