Ingredients to make Baked Chicken Spaghetti:
- 2 cups of cooked and chopped chicken
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped tablespoons wheat flour
- 3 cups of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of milk cream
- 3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 500 grams of spaghetti
- salted
- pepper to taste
How to make Baked Chicken Spaghetti:
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- Drain the mushrooms and save the liquid.
- In a medium skillet over medium heat melt the butter, sauté the mushrooms and onion until translucent
- Add the flour and mix.
- Gradually add 1 1/2 cups of the chicken broth and cream.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
- Remove, season with salt and pepper, add remaining chicken broth if sauce is too thick, and 1/4 cup cheese.
- Mix well.
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti “al Dente”, remove and drain.
- In a mold that you can take to the oven and fire to the table, mix the spaghetti with the chicken.
- Drizzle with the sauce and mix lightly, drizzle with the remaining cheese and bake until the mixture is bubbly and the cheese is lightly browned.
- Serve immediately.
