Ingredients to make Baked Chicken Empanadas:

  • 24 Empanada Tapas
  • 2 onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 500 cubic centimeters of tomato sauce
  • 1 jet of olive oil
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 green pepper
  • vegetable broth
  • 1 pinch of pepper or ground chili
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1 handful of olives

How to make Baked Chicken Empanadas:

To start preparing this chicken filling for empanadas you must make the vegetable sauce.  To do this, sauté the onions (white part of the green) together with the finely chopped peppers.

When the onion begins to turn transparent, add the shredded chicken and stir everything to integrate the flavors.

To make the shredded chicken you must previously boil it in water with vegetables or directly in a vegetable broth, until it is done.
