• 1 package of dumpling wafers

• 1 package of cheese

• 1 egg

• 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds

How to make Baked Cheese Empanadillas:

We prepare the ingredients to start making the empanadillas stuffed with cheese. We put the empanadilla wafers on the base of a table and place a cheese on top. We close the empanadillas helping us with a fork to seal the edges well. Put the cheese-filled empanadillas on a baking tray, beat the egg and paint all the empanadas with a kitchen brush.

We put sesame seeds on the dumplings and put them in the oven with heat up and down at 180 ºC. The time depends on each oven, so we will have to watch to remove them when they are golden.

Take out and serve warm. These baked cheese dumplings are delicious and we can make them at any time if we already have the dough ready. If we feel like it, we can make a sauce to accompany it, such as barbecue sauce or yogurt sauce.
