Baked Breaded Hake Recipe

Ingredients to make Baked Breaded Hake:

  • 2 Hake fillets
  • 100 gr. Breadcrumbs
  • 50 gr. Of flour
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

How to make Baked Breaded Hake:

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Wash the Hake fillets and season them with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Rest for 1 hour in the fridge.
  3. Then separate the flour, the breadcrumbs and the beaten egg and seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon juice in different large containers. Pass each fillet from side to side, first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs to finish the breading.
  4. Place them on a plate with oil and take to a strong oven, previously heated, until golden on both sides.
  5. Serve, accompany with some potatoes or green salad and enjoy
