Baked breaded fish recipe.

Ingredients to make breaded fish in the oven:

  • 1 kg of hake.
  • 2 cloves of garlic.
  • White pepper and salt.
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1 egg.

How to make breaded fish in the oven:

  1. Finely chop the garlic cloves, mix with the oregano and a little oil in a mortar, until making a paste.
  2. Spread the previously filleted fish with the paste, sprinkle with oregano, season with salt and pepper and add lemon juice, let it rest for 5 or 10 minutes.
  3. Beat an egg and pass the fish through it and then through the breadcrumbs on both sides. Preheat the oven together with the oiled tray to 200 degrees C; place the fish fillets for 10 minutes on each side. Serve with salad.
