  • 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)
  • olive oil (virgin)
  • Salt

How to make Baked Bonito Tuna Belly:

  1. The bellies are cleaned under running water to make any traces of blood disappear.
  2. Meanwhile, in a baking dish, make a bed with the onions cut into medium-sized slices.
  3. This garnish is lightly salted and oiled.
