Ingredients to make Baked Bonito Tuna Belly:
- 1 kg. pretty (belly)
- 2 units onion (medium)
- 3 u. garlic (cloves)
- 3 u. tomatoes
- 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)
- olive oil (virgin)
- Salt
How to make Baked Bonito Tuna Belly:
- The bellies are cleaned under running water to make any traces of blood disappear.
- Meanwhile, in a baking dish, make a bed with the onions cut into medium-sized slices.
- This garnish is lightly salted and oiled.
- The ventrescas are salted and placed in the dish with the skin facing down.
- On them sprinkle the grated bread and parsley.
- Finally, they are bathed with a frying pan of oil and sliced garlic.
- Place the dish in a preheated oven at 150ºC for about 20 minutes.
- Then they are gratin until the bellies take on a golden color.
- They are served hot.
