Ingredients to make baked anchovies with potatoes:

  • 150 grams of anchovies
  • 2 units of Potato
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of white wine
  • ½ dessert spoon of Provencal herbs

How to make baked anchovies with potatoes:

  1. We gather all the ingredients to prepare the baked anchovies with potatoes. In this case we have used fresh and clean anchovies. If you buy the anchovies without cleaning it is necessary to remove the inside entrails before starting with the recipe.
  2.   4. Spray the anchovies with potatoes with a little white wine and put in the oven for 5 more minutes.
