  • ½ unit of Onion
  • 200 grams of Bacon (bacon)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 200 milliliters of cream to cook

How to make Bacon Dip:

1 Making this bacon dip is very easy. The first thing you should do is finely chop the onion and fry it with a little oil.

2 Meanwhile, cut the bacon finely as well. If you want you can buy it whole, in slices or in strips.

3 When the onion is already transparent, add the bacon and fry the whole thing for a couple of minutes.

4 When the bacon begins to brown, add a pinch of salt and the crumbled cube. If you have concentrated chicken broth powder, adding a tablespoon will be enough.

5 Once everything is well mixed, it is the turn of the cream. Cooking cream is also known as heavy cream. Mix everything and let it cook over medium-high heat until it starts to boil.

6 Check the taste and correct with salt if necessary. Then grind everything with the help of the kitchen robot you have at home. The texture of this bacon spread is to taste, you can leave it very fine or with bits of bacon.

7 Let the cream cool in the fridge for a few minutes and then you can enjoy this delicious bacon dip with nachos, crackers or toast. Pâtés and spreadable creams are an easy appetizer with which you will always look good.
