Bacon and plum rolls recipe

Ingredients to make bacon and plum rolls:

• 150 grams of sliced bacon

• 500 grams of Prunes

• 1 jar of stuffed olives

• 1 splash of white wine

How to make Bacon Plum Rolls:

Soak the prunes in the white wine. Bone them and place a stuffed olive in the hole. Wrap the plum with half a slice of bacon holding with a toothpick. Arrange them in a refractory to brown them in the oven. Serve them hot and accompany a good cocktail.
