Ingredients to make Bacon and Cheese Toast:

• Bread buns for toast (preferably sesame or sunflower seeds or cereals)

• Bacon strips

• Arzua cheese or similar (tetilla, etc.)

• Mayonnaise

• Green curry paste

• Soy sauce

• Tomato jelly

How to make Bacon and Cheese Toasts:

Cut the bread roll into toasts diagonally. Cut the cheese into sticks and roll them with the bacon strips.

Make the green curry mayonnaise by adding a little green curry paste, a little soy sauce and a few tablespoons of mayonnaise. And mix everything well until smooth. Coat each bacon and cheese toast with the mixture.
