Bacon and Cheese Quiche Recipe

Ingredients to make Bacon and Cheese Quiche:

For 4 people:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • For the filling:
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 spring onion
  • 200 grams of El Ventero cheese
  • 200 grams of bacon
  • 200 ml. cream
  • 2 eggs
  • Hojiblanca extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Parsley

How to make Bacon and Cheese Quiche:

Put the flour, salt, butter and egg in a large bowl. Knead well and put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Spread it out with a rolling pin and line a removable bottom mould.
