Baby Corn Soufflé Recipe

Pamper the little ones in the house with a fun and delicious dish. Learn how to quickly and easily prepare a soft and fluffy sweet corn soufflé, a light, elegant and above all very tasty dish. Go ahead and eat a healthy diet and teach children to eat greens and vegetables.

Ingredients to make sweet corn soufflé:

  • 2 cans of sweet corn
  • 150 grams of mozzarella cheese
  • 4 units of Egg
  • 200 milliliters of milk or cream
  • 100 grams of sugar (½ cup)

How to make Baby Corn Soufflé:

1 Prelist the ingredients.

2 In a bowl add the eggs and sugar. Beat with the help of a mixer.

3 Add the corn and process with the mixer.

4 Grease the molds, add half of the previous mixture and grate the mozzarella cheese in the center. Finish filling the molds with the rest of the mixture and grate a little more cheese on top of each of the soufflés.

5 Take the molds to a refractory. Preheat an oven to 180 degrees Celsius and insert the molds. Cook the soufflés for about 20 minutes.

6 Serve each one of the soufflés decorating with a little sweet corn on top of each one.
