Ingredients to make Avocado with prawns:
- For 4 people:
- 1 rate of cooked prawns (shrimps)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 Avocados (avocados).
How to make Avocado with prawns:
- Add half of the lemon juice to the prawns.
- Add the celery, the egg, the salt and the pepper and mix with the mayonnaise.
- Cut the avocados in 2 and remove the pit.
- (Important!) Add the rest of the lemon juice to prevent discoloration of the avocado.
- Fill the halves of the avocados with the mixture previously prepared.
- Put them in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to cool them down before serving.
