Ingredients to make Avocado Tart:

  • 100 grams of cookies
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 2 avocados
  • 4 sheets of gelatin
  • 1 lemon or lime
  • 300 grams of cream cheese
  • 200 grams of whipping cream
  • 200 grams of condensed milk
  • 50 milliliters of milk

How to make Avocado Tart:

  1. To start with the avocado cake, first crush the cookies with a robot, you can also do it by hand with a rolling pin, add them to a bowl.
  2. Next, soften the butter for a few seconds in the microwave and mix with the cookies. We point out that the two ingredients must be well mixed.
  3. On the other hand, the cookies should be moist with the butter.
  4. Take a 20 cm removable mold and cover the bottom with the cookies, flatten well with a spoon so that there is a consistent base.
  5. Next, put the mold in the fridge and reserve
  6. Place the gelatin sheets in a bowl covered with cold water.
  7. They should remain for about 10 minutes, according to the manufacturer. On the other hand, peel the avocadosand remove the bone from the center.
  8. Trick: you can incorporate 2-3 avocados.
  9. In a blender or robot, add the cream cheese, cream, condensed milk, avocados and lemon juice. Mix until everything is well crushed.
  10. And, if you really like the lemon flavor, you can add more. On the other hand, remove the leaves from the gelatin and drain them well.
  11. Next, heat the 50 ml. of milk and add the gelatin to dissolve, mix well until it is well dissolved. Add to the previous mixture and beat again.
  12. Remove the mold from the fridge, we indicate that it must be a minimum of 30 minutes, and incorporate all the mixture of the cake.
  13. Next, smooth the surface and put it in the fridge, leave a minimum of 3-4 hours or a dayfor it to set.
  14. You can taste the mixture to see if you like it, you should know that it is not a very sweet cake, however, you can add more condensed milk or sugar.
  15. The avocado cake is almost there!
  16. Once it’s ready, unmold carefully and serve. The fit avocado pie is ready!
