Ingredients to make Avocado Soup:
- 1 1/2 liters of chicken broth
- 1 Serrano chili
- 3 smooth casing avocados
- grated chiguagua cheese
- 1/4 liter of cream 4 tortillas
- Salt
- oil
How to make Avocado Soup:
- Cut the tortillas into squares, in a pan with oil, brown the squares, taking care not to burn them.
- Blend a cup of chicken consommé, chili and avocados.
- Pour the rest of the consommé into a saucepan, as soon as it comes to a boil, add the avocado smoothie and lower the flame to a minimum.
- Adjust the salt and cook for a few minutes without letting it boil to prevent the avocado from taking on a bitter taste.
- Serve immediately garnishing each plate with a tablespoon of cream, tortilla chips and grated cheese.
