Avocado Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Avocado Soup:

  • 1 1/2 liters of chicken broth
  • 1 Serrano chili
  • 3 smooth casing avocados
  • grated chiguagua cheese
  • 1/4 liter of cream 4 tortillas
  • Salt
  • oil

How to make Avocado Soup:

  1. Cut the tortillas into squares, in a pan with oil, brown the squares, taking care not to burn them.
  2. Blend a cup of chicken consommé, chili and avocados.
