  • ½ avocado
  • 1 small egg
  • ½ cup of water (120 milliliters)
  • ½ cup of whole meal flour (75 grams)
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ banana (optional)
