Ingredients to make Avocado Ice Cream:

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 100 milliliters of milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to make Avocado Ice Cream:

  1. Open the avocados in half, remove the bone and extract all its pulp. Wash the lemon well and grate its skin. Booking.
