Avocado Hummus Recipe

Ingredients to make Avocado Hummus:

  • 80 grams of Chickpeas
  • 1 unit of Avocado
  • 1 lemon unit
  • 10 grams of Parsley
  • 30 grams of sesame seeds
  • 1 jet of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Avocado Hummus:

1 Before making this vegan hummus recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.

2 In a pot with boiling water, cook the chickpeas (soaked overnight) over medium heat for 40 minutes, until the grain is soft.

3 In the blender, process the chickpeas, the avocado, the lemon juice and the necessary olive oil.

4 When we obtain a paste, add the garlic clove, the sesame seeds, the parsley, salt and pepper, blend until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.

5 Serve the avocado hummus and cover with a little olive oil, this recipe is ideal to accompany with pita bread.
