Avocado cream with blue cheese recipe

Ingredients to make Avocado cream with blue cheese:

  • For 4 people:
  • 3 avocados
  • 1 dl of liquid cream
  • 50g of blue cheese
  • 1 liter of chicken broth
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Ground pepper

How to make Blue Cheese Avocado Cream:

1.Peel the avocados and sprinkle them with the lemon juice so that the meat does not darken.

2.We puree and mix a small amount with the liquid cream and blue cheese.

3.Mix, season and add the chicken broth.

4.We rectify salt.
