Avocado consommé recipe

Ingredients to make avocado consommé:

  • 1 kilo of chicken leg
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 kilos of potatoes
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 kilo of avocados
  • Water
  • 1 head of onion

 

How to make avocado consommé:

1.Remove skin from chicken legs and bring to a boil until completely boiled.

2.Chop the potatoes into slices and then into squares.

3.Chop the tomatoes.

4.Make an avocado puree. Chop the onion into small pieces.

5.Stir the potatoes, tomatoes, onion and cook for half an hour.

6.After you finish boiling the chicken legs, remove the legs and mix them with the remaining water with the potatoes, tomatoes, and onions that should already be boiled. After everything is mixed, bring it to a boil again.

7.Serve in a cup, add the avocado puree and salt to taste

8.Happily eat your rich avocado consommé.
