Ingredients to make avocado chili:

  • 3 units of avocado
  • 1 unit of Egg
  • 1 unit of red tomato
  • 50 grams of white onion
  • 2 units of Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of Tabasco pepper
  • 1 sprig of Coriander
  • 30 milliliters of Vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make avocado chili:

1 Before making this delicious avocado chili, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.

2 In a pot with boiling water and vinegar, cook the egg for 15 minutes. After this time, peel the egg and cut it into small pieces, reserve.

Trick: Vinegar makes the egg shell peel off better.

3 In a separate bowl, mix the mashed avocado with the skinless tomato and onion, both ingredients cut into small cubes.

4 It is time to add the chopped egg, the Tabasco pepper, the lemon juice, the finely chopped coriander, salt and pepper to taste. Mix these ingredients well to obtain a well-integrated Colombian chili.
