Avocado and Seafood Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Avocado and Seafood Salad:

  • 80 grams of tomato
  • 30 grams of purple onion
  • 50 grams of Cucumber
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 100 grams of cooked and peeled shrimp
  • 100 grams of cooked octopus
  • 30 grams of avocado
  • 50 grams of fish ceviche
  • 1 green lemon
  • 1 pinch of black sesame
  • 1 Serrano chili

How to make Avocado Seafood Salad:

To make this fantastic avocado salad with fish, the first thing we will do is gather all the ingredients.

Now we start with the preparation prior to the assembly of the salad. Chop the tomato and cucumber in half moon. Chop the feather-cut onion and the cooked octopus into bite-size cubes. Also squeeze the lemon juice and reserve.

Now mix the vegetables in a large bowl. Add the peeled shrimp along with the octopus and season with salt and pepper to taste. At this point we add a little lemon and move everything evenly.

For the presentation of the avocado salad, we place a bed of ceviche on the plate, on top we assemble the salad forming a mountain and we finish decorating with a fan of avocado, chopped green chili and a pinch of black sesame seeds.
