Avocado and Salmon Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Avocado and Salmon Salad:

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 package of smoked salmon (100 g)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 1 package of feta cheese
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 splash of vinegar
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 jar of olives

How to make Salmon Avocado Salad:

Wash the lettuce very well, cut the avocados and sprinkle them with a little lemon juice to prevent them from browning. Separately, cut the onion into thin strips, chop the walnuts and chop the cheese into small cubes. We have opted for an avocado, salmon and fresh cheese salad, but the truth is that you can also use Parmesan cheese if you prefer.

We take individual plates or a large source and place a bed of chopped lettuce, onion, cheese and nuts. Of course, we can modify the list of ingredients without problem and add or remove as we like. Thus, we can substitute walnuts for almonds, for example, or lettuce for spinach.
