Avocado and quinoa sushi recipe

Ingredients to make Avocado and Quinoa Sushi:

  • 100 grams of rice for sushi
  • 100 grams of Quinoa
  • 1 splash of vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 unit of Avocado
  • 1 unit of Lemon
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper

How to make Avocado and Quinoa Sushi:

  1. We gather all the ingredients to make the avocado and quinoa sushi.
  2. In two different pots we cook the rice and the quinoa. Cooking times will depend on the manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. Cut the avocado in half and add salt and lemon so that it does not rust. Next we cut it into sticks.
  4. Once the rice and quinoa are cooked, we wait for them to cool down.
  5.  Next, we spread a clean rag or towel and put a layer of transparent paper on top. If we get used to

  7. Prepare the sushi rice, mixing a little white wine vinegar, a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of sugar and a few drops of water.
  8. Mix well and add it to the cooked rice.
  9.  We spread a thin layer of rice on the transparent paper, as if we were going to prepare a California sushi.
  10. The next step in preparing avocado quinoa sushi is to spread a layer of quinoa over the rice.
  11. It is time to place the avocado sticks on the quinoa and season with salt and pepper.
  12. Roll up the avocado and quinoa sushi with the help of our kitchen towel.
  13. Once wrapped, we leave it with the transparent paper and put it in the freezer for 12 minutes.
  14. In this way it will be easier for us to cut it.
  15. Tip: For this recipe you can also use nor seaweed as a sushi wrapper.
