Avocado and prawn salad recipe

On this occasion we propose a light salad with arugula, avocado and prawns. We have added feta cheese to give it more flavors but you can replace this ingredient with a low-fat cheese. We hope you like the avocado and prawn salad that we present to you.

Ingredients to make Avocado and Shrimp Salad:

  • 8 units of cooked prawns
  • 1 unit of Avocado
  • 100 grams of arugula
  • 100 grams of canons
  • 30 grams of feta cheese
  • 1 lemon squeeze
  • 1 jet of olive oil
  • 3 drops of balsamic vinegar

How to make Avocado Shrimp Salad:

We gather all the ingredients to make the avocado and prawn salad. Remember that you can replace the prawns with prawns.

First, we place the mixture of arugula and lamb’s lettuce in a salad bowl along with the said feta cheese. If you do not want to add calories to this salad you can change the feta cheese for light fresh cheese.

Peel the prawns and place them in the salad in an original way. If you buy raw prawns, you can peel them and sauté them on the grill.

Peel the avocado, remove the central bone and cut it into slices. We incorporate it into the light salad. We make vinaigrette with 2 teaspoons of lemon, a few drops of balsamic vinegar and a splash of olive oil. If you feel like it, you can add some aromatic herbs such as coriander or mint.
