Ingredients to make Avocado and Lemon Cold Cream:
- 1 avocado
- 1 lemon
- 150 milliliters of vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 jet of olive oil
- 1 bunch of coriander
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
How to make Avocado Lemon Cold Cream:
- Get all the ingredients ready to prepare our cold avocado soup.
- If you want the recipe to be vegan, we recommend using a rich vegetable broth, otherwise you can make the recipe using homemade or ready -made chicken broth.
- Cut the avocado in half and remove all the pulp. Place this in the blender glass and process together with the broth, seasoning to taste with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Next, add the lemon juice along with a handful of coriander leaves. Blend everything again until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream.
- To finish preparing our cold cream, add a splash of olive oil and process the mixture again.
- Take the avocado and lemon cream to the fridge for a few minutes and serve so that it is very cold and enjoy!
