Ingredients to make Austrian Macaroni:

  1. 400 gr. of macaroni
  2. 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  3. oil or butter
  4. sugar
  5. salted

How to make Austrian Macaroni:

  • Cook the macaroni in abundant water and salt.
  • Drain and pour them into a fountain.
  • Fry, in oil or butter, the breadcrumbs until golden. Remove it so it doesn’t burn.
  • Pour the breadcrumbs over the macaroni and sprinkle with sugar.
  • If desired, add a few pieces of ham
