• Foie gras
• Anchovies Pate
• Sobrassada pate
• Tuna Pate
• Salmon Pate
• Piladelphia cheese
For decoration:
• Red or black caviar substitute
• Hazelnuts
• Capers
• Pickle
• Grated cheese
• Pitted olives
• Lemon
How to make assorted Canapés:
On a slice of sliced bread, spread the pâté, place a second slice of bread on top, press down and spread it with pâté as well. Decorate and cut into different decorative shapes or into 9 equal portions. Serve them on a tray covered with lace paper.
If you want to have them prepared in advance and you don’t want them to dry out, cover them with kitchen paper and splash them abundantly with water, until the paper is completely wet, in this way they are as juicy as freshly made.
