Asparagus Cream with Salmon Mousse Recipe

Ingredients to make Asparagus Cream with Salmon Mousse:

  • 250 grams of Asparagus
  • ½ unit of white onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200 milliliters of chicken broth
  • 200 grams of milk cream
  • 100 grams of smoked salmon
  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper

How to make Asparagus Cream with Salmon Mousse:

  1. List all the ingredients.
  2. Cut the onion into feathers and finely chop the garlic, brown in a pot for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the asparagus cut into pieces, do not forget to remove the bottom part of the asparagus, which is the hardest. Cook for 7 minutes stirring constantly.
  4. After 7 minutes, add the chicken broth, cover and let it boil.
  5. To make the salmon mousse, place the salmon in the kitchen processor along with a little salt, pepper and cream cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy texture.
