How to make Asparagus Cream with Salmon Mousse:
- List all the ingredients.
- Cut the onion into feathers and finely chop the garlic, brown in a pot for 3 minutes.
- Add the asparagus cut into pieces, do not forget to remove the bottom part of the asparagus, which is the hardest. Cook for 7 minutes stirring constantly.
- After 7 minutes, add the chicken broth, cover and let it boil.
