- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Arugula and Smoked Salmon Salad:
We gather all the ingredients to prepare the arugula and smoked salmon salad. Peel the pear and cut it into sticks. Remember to remove the core of the pear to avoid finding seeds in the salad. This fruit gives it a delicious sweet flavor in contrast to the salty taste of salmon.
To continue with this fresh salad, we place the arugula in the central part of the salad bowl or plate and place the smoked salmon around it, as indicated in the image. If the arugula seems too spicy, you can mix it with other types of lettuce or spinach.
Prepare the dressing by mixing a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar with two tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt. If you want you can put a little grated fresh ginger. Add the washed grapes and place the pear pieces on top of the smoked salmon. If you don’t have pear you can also add apple to the fresh salad. We dress the arugula and smoked salmon salad with the dressing and let’s eat!
