Ingredients to make Artichoke Cream:
- 1 liter of vegetable broth.
- 1 can of milk cream.
- dried thyme
- 4 units of artichoke hearts.
- 2 units of garlic.
- 3 units of white onion.
How to make artichoke cream:
- Prelist the ingredients.
- Bring a pot to medium heat, add a little butter and fry the white onion.
- Add the artichoke hearts, salt and black pepper to taste. Sauté for two or three minutes.
- Add water or vegetable broth to cover. Let cook for about 15 to 20 minutes. Turn off the heat.
- Once the soup is cold, process and return to the pot. Keep over low heat.
- Add three tablespoons of milk cream to the cream. Turn off after five minutes so that our cream does not cut.
- Decorate with a little potato chips and a little milk cream. As something add a little Parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy.
