Artichoke Cream Recipe

Ingredients to make Artichoke Cream:

  • 1 liter of vegetable broth.
  • 1 can of milk cream.
  • dried thyme
  • 4 units of artichoke hearts.
  • 2 units of garlic.
  • 3 units of white onion.

How to make artichoke cream:

  1. Prelist the ingredients.
  2. Bring a pot to medium heat, add a little butter and fry the white onion.
  3. Add the artichoke hearts, salt and black pepper to taste. Sauté for two or three minutes.
  4. Add water or vegetable broth to cover. Let cook for about 15 to 20 minutes. Turn off the heat.
  5. Once the soup is cold, process and return to the pot. Keep over low heat.
  6. Add three tablespoons of milk cream to the cream. Turn off after five minutes so that our cream does not cut.
  7. Decorate with a little potato chips and a little milk cream. As something add a little Parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy.
