How to make Argentine empanadillas with Thermomix:

The first thing we have to do to make this Argentine dumplings recipe with Thermomix is to gather all the necessary ingredients.

Next, soften the butter a little in the microwave and place all the ingredients of the dough, except the flour, in the Thermomix glass, and mix them for 20 seconds at speed 4.

Then add the flour and knead for about 40 seconds more on speed 6. Then remove the dough from the glass, let it rest for a few minutes and then stretch it very finely with the help of a rolling pin. For the filling, chop the onion for 6 seconds at speed 3 ½ in the Thermomix glass. Add the oil and program it for 5 minutes at 100º C at speed 1. Then add the minced meat, the cumin, a pinch of sugar, salt, pepper, the parsley and the raisins. And mix everything for another 5 minutes at 100º C at speed 1.

Then cook 2 eggs and when they are hard, add them to the filling, finely chopped along with the olives (2 per empanadilla).
