Ingredients to make Argentine Clericó:

  1. 2 units of Oranges
  2. 1 unit of Apple
  3. 1 unit of Banana
  4. 1 peach unit
  5. 1 unit of Pear
  6. 2 units of Kiwi
  7. 2 units of plums
  8. 10 units of Strawberries
  9. 1 bunch of grapes
  10. 1 unit of Lemon to squeeze
  11. 1 cup of Sugar (200 grams)
  12. 1 glass of white wine

How to do Argentine Cleric:

  • The first thing we do before starting with the recipe is to prepare all the ingredients for the cleric.
  • Peel and cut all the fruits into cubes, look at the photograph to do it in the same way.
  • Place the cut fruit in a glass jar. We add the sugar and let it rest for 30 minutes so that the fruits give off their juice and the Argentine cleric is perfect.
  • Let’s pour the glass of white wine and complete the cleric, move it a little so that the fruits are impregnated with the liquids. We take it to the fridge and leave it for approximately 1 or 2 hours.
  • To give a touch of glamor to the Argentine cleric, we moisten the upper edge of the glasses with the lemon and submerge them in a bowl of sugar so that it is impregnated, as we see in the image. Serve and decorate with some lemon slices.
