Arepa Pavilion Recipe

Ingredients to make Arepa pavilion:

  1. 500 grams of white corn flour
  2. 300 grams of cooked shredded meat
  3. 300 grams of cooked beans
  4. 10 units of slices of ripe plantain
  5. 300 grams of hard white cheese
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. 2 dessert spoons of Oil

How to make arepa pavilion:

  • In a bowl add the flour, salt, oil and warm water little by little, the amount is approximately 250 ml. Start stirring until you get a very soft and moist dough.

  • Open the arepas in half with a knife to fill them and add the beans, the shredded meat and the fried ripe plantain slices.
