Ingredients to make Arabic Rice:

  • 1½ cups of Rice
  • ½ cup of angel hair
  • ½ cup of golden raisins
  • 2 tablespoons of Butter
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 cups of Water (720 milliliters)

How to make Arabic Rice:

  1. To start preparing this Arabic delicacy, the first thing to do is brown the rice with butter in a large pot, while it browns you can add a few touches of garlic powder.
  2. Next, add the angel hair strands along with the raisins.
  3.  Mix everything well and cook until the rice takes on a dark blonde color.
  4.  Immediately after, add the curry, the boiling water and stir everything gently with a wooden spoon and when it boils again, cover the pot.
  5. To finish cooking the authentic Arabic rice, let it cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
  6.  Serve alone or as a garnish for red meats or white meats
