Ingredients to make Apricot Liqueur:
- 5 kg ripe apricots
- 1 l 90º alcohol (ethyl)
- 800 g sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
How to make Apricot Liqueur:
- Wash and dry the apricots.
- Open them in half, crack the bones and remove the almonds.
- Macerate the pulp of the fruit with the almonds, alcohol, sugar and a cinnamon stick for 30 days, shaking the jar from time to time.
- Strain the maceration through a paper filter
- Pour the strained liquid into a bottle, cover it tightly, and store it in the dark for 9 months before consuming the liquor.
