Ingredients to make Apple and Mango Smoothie:
- 1 unit of mango cut into medium squares.
- 2 units of green apple.
- 1 can of coconut milk.
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar.
- 50 grams of ginger.
How to make Apple Mango Smoothie:
- Prelist the ingredients.
- In a bowl add the apple cut into medium squares, the mango and the coconut milk. Process with a mixer.
- Add brown sugar and ginger. Process until ingredients are incorporated.
- Frost the glass where we are going to serve the smoothie, going first through a little lemon juice, then through dehydrated coconut.
- Serve the smoothie decorating with a little strawberry jam (optional). Enjoy.
