Ingredients to make Apple and Mango Smoothie:

  • 1 unit of mango cut into medium squares.
  • 2 units of green apple.
  • 1 can of coconut milk.
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar.
  • 50 grams of ginger.

How to make Apple Mango Smoothie:

  1. Prelist the ingredients.
  2. In a bowl add the apple cut into medium squares, the mango and the coconut milk. Process with a mixer.
  3. Add brown sugar and ginger. Process until ingredients are incorporated.
  4. Frost the glass where we are going to serve the smoothie, going first through a little lemon juice, then through dehydrated coconut.
  5. Serve the smoothie decorating with a little strawberry jam (optional). Enjoy.
