Apple liquor

Ingredients to make Apple Liqueur:

  • 2 kg of ripe golden apples
  • 1 liter of alcohol at 36º
  • 5 kg of sugar

How to make apple liqueur:

  1. Peel and cut the apples into quarters.
  2. Pour them into a jar with the alcohol and sugar.
  3. Shake and let macerate for a month.
  4. Sieve and pass it to the bottles.
