- The first step to make this apple, cinnamon and raisin cake is to sift the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and bicarbonate in a bowl. Book.
- In another clean bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy. Then, add the oil in the form of a thread, very slowly, and continue beating.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients of the cake batter with apple and raisins and continue beating at low speed.
- Next, we grate the apples and add them to the preparation outside the mixer. We beat until we mix well.
- Then, add the raisins to the easy apple and raisin cake batter and stir until everything is well integrated.
- Finally, butter a rectangular mold and line with parchment paper. Take the apple cake and you go to the preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 1 hour.
