Apple, cinnamon and raisin cake recipe

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
  • 4 units of Eggs
  • 150 grams of Sugar (¾ cup)
  • 240 milliliters of Oil
  • 2 units of medium apples
  • 50 grams of Raisin

How to make Apple, Cinnamon and Raisin Cake:

  1. The first step to make this apple, cinnamon and raisin cake is to sift the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and bicarbonate in a bowl. Book.
  2. In another clean bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy. Then, add the oil in the form of a thread, very slowly, and continue beating.
