- 4 apples
- 1 cup of Water (240 milliliters)
- 2 cups of Sugar (400 grams)

- The first step in making homemade jelly is to remove the pits from the plums and chop.
- Do the same with the apples. Peel and core all four pieces.
- Separately, in a medium saucepan, cook both fruits with water, cinnamon and vanilla.
- Cook over low heatfor 8-10 minutes. Both plums and apples should be soft.
- After this time, add the sugar, bring to a boil and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved
