Apple and plum jam is a natural jelly for you to wake up in your mornings and enjoy eating a jelly bread without chemicals.

Ingredients to make Apple and plum jam:

  • 3 plums
  • 4 apples
  • 1 cup of Water (240 milliliters)
  • 2 cups of Sugar (400 grams)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla

How to make apple and plum jam:

  1. The first step in making homemade jelly is to remove the pits from the plums and chop.
  2. Do the same with the apples. Peel and core all four pieces.
  3. Separately, in a medium saucepan, cook both fruits with water, cinnamon and vanilla.
  4. Cook over low heatfor 8-10 minutes. Both plums and apples should be soft.
  5. After this time, add the sugar, bring to a boil and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved
  6. Pour the jam into jars, let cool and store in the fridge.
  7. Enjoy the apple and plum jamat breakfast time with some toasted bread or some oatmeal crepes and a fruit smoothie to start the day full of energy.
