Apple and Cream Salad Recipe

  • 2 kilograms of green apple
  • 1 can of Peaches in syrup
  • 1 can of Mangoes in syrup
  • 1 can of pineapple in syrup
  • 100 grams of broken walnut
  • ½ liter of sour cream
  • 1 can of condensed milk

How to make Apple and Cream Salad:

To begin preparing the creamed apple salad, cut the fruit into regular-sized squares. Cut both the fruits in syrup and the previously washed apple.

Trick: If you are going to take longer to assemble the dish, I recommend that you add a few drops of lemon juice to the apple to prevent it from oxidizing and turning ugly.

Next, make a sauce by mixing the condensed milk together with the sour cream and the broken walnut. Stir everything until the liquid ingredients are integrated and you obtain a homogeneous sauce. You can check the flavor and add more of one or the other to leave the green apple salad to taste.
