Apache Beef Recipe

Ingredients to make Apache Beef:

  1. ½ kilogram of ground beef
  2. 1 dozen lemons
  3. 5 units of red tomato
  4. 1 unit of onion
  5. ½ bunch of Cilantro
  6. 4 units of Serrano Chiles
  7. 1 pinch of salt
  8. 1 splash of Valentina sauce

How to make Apache Beef:

  • Once you have all the ingredients ready, we will begin by preparing the vegetables. To do this, finely chop everything, the onions, the tomato, the coriander and the chilies.

Tip: You can add avocado if you want.

  • In a large container, place all the meat together with the lemon juice. Let the meat marinate for at least half an hour or until it loses its characteristic reddish color
  • After this time, add the rest of the ingredients to the container and mix well until everything is distributed more or less evenly. At this point you can add the Valentina sauce, this spicy sauce will give our apache meat a unique touch
  • Apache meat can be considered a type of ceviche made with meat since the cooking is done through a marinade with citrus. Apache meat can be accompanied with crackers, tostados or plantain plantains and served as both an appetizer and a main course.
